Episode 3.02: Trials
Picture
I miss my wise, psychotic woman. Times infinity. Plus one.
Canon
In a monologue at the beginning of this wonderful Myka-centric and introspective episode (2:10):

Myka: "But as a wise and also psychotic woman recently told me, you can't walk away from your truth."

So, she's still in her "angry ex" phase. Understandable, and also temporary.

Suspected Reference to H.G.
Myka, speaking to the Regents at the end of the episode (40:58):

Myka: "I keep thinking about this kid, Eric. He'd been dating Amy in secret for months. No one knew, not even his best friend, but when she broke it off with him, he was hurt. He took Jeffrey's car to confront her and..."

Regent Kosan: "It ended badly."

Myka: "Very. And when his mother found out, she...well, she sent that tie clip to destroy Jeffrey's case."

Regent Stanton: "She thought the memory loss was temporary, didn't she?"

Myka: "It was still a terrible thing to do, but she was protecting her son."

This gif set on Tumblr shows the reference quite nicely.

You don't want to know how H.G. and I have used this grappler
Canon
During Episode 3.08: The 40th Floor, Myka finds herself trapped in an elevator along with Artie and the Regents. When they discover that the elevator's cable is seconds away from snapping, Myka asks, "Artie, did you bring the grappler?"

Artie: "Of course." He opens up his Mary Poppins-like bag and Myka pulls H.G.'s grappler out from inside.

Regent Jane Lattimer comments, "Well, that's not standard Warehouse issue."

Myka looks back at Regent Lattimer while smirking, and quips, "It was in 1890," directly referencing Myka and H.G.'s playful reparte regarding the grappler when it was first put to use in 2.07: For the Team. As H.G. would likely say to Myka on watching this, "Bravo, my girl. Bravo."

Episode 3.13: The Greatest Gift

During Warehouse 13's annual Christmas episode, Pete falls upon an artifact with "It's a Wonderful Life"-like consequences, causing him to enter into a world where he didn't exist.

During a prison visit with Artie (18:18), Artie starts to piece together clues that Pete really is telling the truth:

Pete: "Because I wasn't there, Myka arrested you?"

Artie: "And I went to jail and MacPherson somehow convinced the Regents that he had been rehabilitated."

Pete: "Well, if H.G. Wells could do it."    *crickets chirping while AU-Artie and AU-Myka give Pete weird looks

Later on, while Pete and AU-Myka are coming out of a forest towards the Warehouse (26:08):

Pete: "I know there's an exit here. [MacPherson] used it to smuggle out H.G. Wells."

Myka: "Why do you keep talking about him?"

Pete: "H.G. Wells is a woman. You guys are best pals. She gave you a grappler."

Aw, Pete, you little shipper.
